My Background
My motivations for creating my own business started when I was younger. I watched my grandparents run their BBQ business and saw how much they enjoyed it. This set the foundation of me later wanting to create my own business. I did not go to college for art and I'm a self taught artist. I have however over the recent years learned how to study and practice art from my now art circle of friends or as we call them each other "The Art Fam".

When I returned to creating art in 2016 I wanted to create characters that looked like me. When I was younger a lot of the older anime content lacked diversity and I never saw characters that looked like me. That led to me never really learning how to draw myself as I really looked. I was determined to change that and decided to scrap everything I knew and start over thus revamping my style altogether.

We live in a time now where Anime is extremely popular and the younger generation deserves to grow up seeing characters that look like them. I am currently working on my upcoming series called Shaolin Moorz which will be a 3 part comic that blends the cultures of African and Asian lore with a splash of modern society.
